Help us to Bridge the Gap!
Mission Statement
The Ballet Bridge aims to empower young dancers by removing financial barriers to ballet training. Our mission is to close the accessibility gap in ballet through providing pointe shoes to aspiring dancers and fostering meaningful partnerships between donors and dancers. Our Story
Hi! I'm Meredith Rosemurgy the founder of The Ballet Bridge. As a pre-professional ballet dancer, I've spent most of my life in the dance studio-training, rehearsing, performing and finding self-expression through dance. Ballet has taught me discipline, confidence, and resilience, qualities that not only helped me grow as a dancer, but as a person. As I progressed through my training, I became increasingly aware of something that didn't sit right with me: so many passionate kids never get the chance to pursue ballet. Between tuition costs, transportation, and most importantly pointe shoes, barriers form.
I founded The Ballet Bridge because I believe ballet should be accessible to every child, regardless of their background or finances. My goal is to bridge underprivileged youth and the arts by removing obstacles and creating a welcoming and diverse community within classical ballet.

How Can You Help?
At The Ballet Bridge, we believe every child deserves the chance to enjoy the discipline and joy of ballet. Your support, no matter how small or large it may seem, makes this all possible. Through donating through supplies or monetarily, every donation can change a young dancer's life.
